Langkawi's Giants

Mount Raya (Continued)

The stairwell eventually emerges from the forest onto the side of an access road that leads to the summit. There is not much here aside from a bit of a view and some information boards, but if you turn left and continue walking along the road and around the bend, you will come across a junction. The left turn will take you to telecommunication towers, and the right turn will take you to a viewing tower [Update: The facilities have been closed since 2018]. Walking up the latter is the closest that you will get to the actual summit of Mount Raya.
