Here is a portion of the list that the website TrailsWA has compiled after asking "West Australians to nominate their Top Trails – the ones which they felt had the ‘wow’ factor and showed WA at its best". However, this post only lists the hiking trails, and the other types of trails such as mountain biking, 4WD trails and urban walks have been omitted.
