Moses Rock Campsite has plenty of room for tents but not necessarily for . I spent quite some time walking around the campsite with my head stooped low, checking the strength of the few branches that were wide enough to support the hammock and checking for dead branches overhead that could be the cause of a (possibly painful) sleepless night.

I’m planning the Cape to Cape hike. I would love to bring my Alton Hammock. I also have the bugnet tent. Would you suggest I bring both in case I have trouble finding trees to support the hammock. I’m just wary of carrying any unnecessary weight. I’ve will need to get fitter. Never done a hike where I have to carry everything.
